Our "Over the Dam Whiskey" is made from the pure waters of the Adirondack Mountains along with four specifically selected grains. These are grown and harvested in the communities our customers reside in or drive by daily.
We mash, ferment and distill these grains to create a smooth and traditional corn based spirit.
After finishing runs, our complete whiskey is placed in aging and flavored containers to achieve our signature American oak and buttery smooth texture that all whiskey aspires to be.
Once you've tried our signature whiskey, you'll realize that it flows over your palate as smooth as the Great Sacandaga over the Conklingville Dam.
